Can I include a gift message with my order? YES. When checking out simply write the gift message of your choice (appears on packing slip). If you have to use the back arrow for any reason during the check out process, please double check to make sure your gift message is still on the order form.

Do you offer a Guarantee? YES. If you're not completely satisfied, return the product to our candy store within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price.

When will my order ship? Your order usually ships the next business day or sooner. (95% of orders ship same day if placed by 4pm EST.)

Most orders placed by 4pm EST (1pm PST) Mon - Fri will ship the same day. Orders placed after 4pm EST M-F or weekends ship the next business day. Most items are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority unless requested otherwise.
